What animal-derived products are used in traditional winemaking? \nLearn about the different processes winemakers use to remove sediment and debris to make wines bright and clear. This intimate experience allows you to sample a variety of great vegan-friendly wines paired with a Caribbean-themed menu. You and your partner can indulge in 4-Courses of delicious vegan/plant-based meals! \nWe will begin with the first course with hors d’oeuvres and get our palates acquainted to the wine and food combinations. Next will be the second course\, where we implement our leafy friends (salads). For the third course\, you will indulge in the entree portions of this event. Saving the best for last\, we will end the evening with tasty vegan desserts! There will be a wine pairing for every appetizer\, main dish\, side dish and dessert! \nThe menu items are created by Sarah\, the owner of Nourish – (Plant-Based Café & Juice Bar). Nourish uses high quality ingredients for a better tasting and healthier experience.
