During this Sparkling Wine experience, you will learn the various methods used to produce sparkling wines. You can expect a fun-filled and informative experience!

We will compare and contrast Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, Crémant and other sparkling wines. You will sample a variety of bubbly in wine glasses such as: white wine glasses, Champagne flutes, tulips and coupes!

The wines we explore will be paired with cheese and snacks. To conclude the evening celebration, Mimosas will be offered. The party will begin once we pop the first cork so be sure to come and celebrate during this fun & fizzy experience!
